Paul K. Black, P. Eng. is the Senior Managing Partner of GTA Development. He is a consultative and innovative engineering professional who thrives in “Design/Build” environments, with 35 years experience leading, motivating and empowering highly skilled project teams and successfully managing the design and construction of commercial development projects. Paul has managed budgets of up to $50MM with multiple stakeholders, owners, provincial governments, tenants and dealers.

Before starting GTA Development he was Associate Vice-President of design and construction for the eastern region of Canadian Tire Real Estate. Prior to that he worked in the design/build industry with Giffels Enterprises and The Austin Company Limited, managing construction of commercial and industrial buildings in the pharmaceutical, food and newspaper industries.
